Also during her natural life time or widowhood to occupy the dwelling House now used by us, And for her benefit and use have the Garden Spot, Corn Crib, and Stables and Milk Lot now used by us, Reserving however the passage way through Said Lot, to my Son Jarret, or his duly authorized trust. Also a certain piece of Ground, on the West Side of Huzza Creek above the Lane leading through to the Creek, including about five acres. Also the privilege of using firewood, and necessary Rails for Repairs from any of my Real Estate, And in the event of the Death or Marriage of my Said wife, all the priviliges Granted and bequeathed to here-by this will relating to my Real Estate, shall be Revoked and held for naught, and that all the Title or possession of the Same together with all improvements shall (rest?) and pass to my Son Jarret absolutely.
9th: That after my Decease, and the payment of my debts and legacies herein named, I desire my executor have erected around the graves of my-self, my two deceased wives, My Deceased Father, and Son Peter a good and Substantial Stone Wall. Also have erected over my own, and Son Peter's Graves, Plain and Substantial Tomb Stones.
10th: I devise will and bequeath that of the residue of my personal Estate. One half Shall go to my wife Hannah Brickey, and the other half So remaining Shall go to Preston Brickey my Grand Son, and Son of Jarret Brickey.
11th: I hereby constitute and appoint my Son John S. Brickey Sole Executor of this will and testament, Said Personal property when necessary may be appraised but not sold.

(Note: The Fingers were boarders in the Brickey home when Kenneth Finger left to fight in the Civil War. I do not know what happened to Kenneth, but Hannah married Peter who was about 40 years older. The marriage contract was evidently to ensure his estate did not pass on to her and any future husbands, bypassing his children.)
