On the motion of Sarah Johnson letters of administration are granted her on the estate of Benjamin Johnson Decd. on her giving bond and security as the Law directs whereupon she gave bond and security and qualified accordingly and John Harris, Edward Garland, Nicholas Hamner, and James Eubank or any three if them being first sworn are appointed to Appraise the Estate of the said deceased and make report thereof to this Court.
